Logo Design: IVLA 2026
Deadline: March 9, 2026
The International Visual Literacy Association is pleased to announce a Call for Entries to design the official logo for the 2026 IVLA Conference in Charleston, South Carolina. We invite designers, artists, visual scholars, educators, students, and creative practitioners to submit conceptual logo designs inspired by the conference theme, “Seeing Through Time: The Legacy of Images in Memory, Place, and Representation.” The selected logo will serve as a visual marker for the conference across digital and print spaces.
This call encourages thoughtful, interpretive approaches that reflect both the conference theme and the cultural, historical, or geographic context of Charleston. The selected designer will receive a $250 stipend, recognition across IVLA platforms, and will be invited to collaborate with IVLA on final logo deliverables. Full submission guidelines and details are available through the official call.
Contact Justin Baker-Rojas, Communications Director at media@ivla.org with questions.
